Always tasty in and of itself. BUT, if you pre-order, the order comes either half an hour early or a full hour late. I have often ordered and paid for an extra ingredient like cheese, but it was often missing. I'm disappointed. Next time I'll think twice.

Great shop! Mega tasty burgers !! Simple ordering via app, on the computer or by phone. Deliveries are made by bike - collection is also possible!

Have gladly ordered but the last 2 orders are no longer worth the price. Cold, mushy and broken drink packs that soak the food. Unfortunately ordered here for the last time.

Friendly staff, always delicious food and fast delivery times. Never had sloppy fries or finger food. It was a pleasure

I liked the burger.

I just want to go into the french fries that I ordered yesterday. In my 22-year life to date, I've eaten chips from takeaways many times, only to find that most chips don't come close to what you would call serviceable. Plump, neither spicy nor savory; ultimately inedible. And for once, the french fries that I ordered were only on my order list because the menu appealed to me. Granted, before I ate, I thought to myself: "If the fries are as gross as most, they'll go straight to the trash." You don't expect great fries when you order them. And those fries, ladies and gentlemen, were out of this world. I don't want to take away the joy of the surprise of being overwhelmed by the explosive flavor. Out of this world, these legendary fries stole my heart and destroy all competition. Thank you for this experience.

I ordered a burger without lettuce, tomato. Onions and cucumber. It was ticked on the package. however the things were on the burger. Food was ok.

For me right now number one, delivery was super fast, about 25 minutes, finally real nuggets, super tasty burgers and the price is not high for a meal like this. I will order again and again!

They are lovely people. Very friendly and polite. Service was god and they have a decent variety of burgers and side dishes. Burger was fairly big and juicy. Fries was well cooked, which is good. I have gotten my burger fast. They have a many different burger choic and side dishes as well. I will be regular customer here. ??✔️

I wanted to order something, nobody was on the take, while I wanted to go to the toilet the door to the kitchen was open, because of the unhygienic look, the kitchen was chocked

Naughty. Not only that we have repeatedly received incorrect deliveries. So you order a burger for 9 €, on which mangoes and baby spinach are supposed to be and you get a burger that has neither a piece of baby spinach on it, nor any sauce, and then there are 2 fingernail-sized pieces on the mangoes? That was the last time. What a fool. According to the friendly lady on the hotline that you can get on the phone from Burgerme, it can't be that bad if a few issues are missing when you order € 25. That's why she didn't want to forward us to the Osnabrück location, but instead "noted" it. Then thank you for nothing.

The chicken burger and cheeseburger was very tasty :) The delivery was even earlier than stated :) And the supplier was very friendly: D I will be very happy to order from you again :)))

Insolence to be treated like this. You order two vegetarian things with rice, wait 1 1/2 hours for the food. A vegetarian is then delivered, the other with chicken and the rice is not cooked. A subsequent delivery would take ONE hour and you won't hear a single word of apology. NEVER AGAIN!

Room was not heated, elekrtro heating stand on the ground not connected (cold), food tray bent and dirty. The burgers were O.k but I'm better used. Waiting time was ok but for that we were the only customers present ... for a long time. After all, there were high chairs, but I will defy the large selection of burgers not come back, but Osnabrück offers simply enough good alternatives.

Ill be eating there often for sure! very good keep it up!
